Yes, thanks to the freeze-drying technology we lock in all the goodness (vitamins & other nutrients, taste, colour, …) at peak ripeness of the fruit. That’s why our fruit snacks contain exactly the same nutrients & vitamins as fresh fruit.

We don’t add sugar to our products. The snacks are sweet and bursting with flavour and this all comes from the original fresh fruit.

Smart question! Again, thanks to freeze-drying! We harvest fresh fruits at peak ripeness. It is in optimal condition in terms of taste, colour and shape. Then we freeze the selected fruit by using a rapid cooling process which protects and preserves the vitamins, sweet taste, fibre. Once frozen, we start the freeze-drying process during which the moisture is removed from the fruit, by applying a vacuum condition and regulating the temperature. All the water evaporates, and what’s left is a crispy fruit snack, full of flavour.
